Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging AHS Catering LLC for catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
AHS Catering LLC (Dubai Trade License 1250970), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, provides premium event catering across the UAE. Our services include catering for weddings, corporate events, private dining, canapes and finger food, birthdays, and similar occasions. This website is an enquiry point: you can submit an enquiry form or message us via WhatsApp to start a conversation about your event.
Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not create a confirmed booking. Quotations are estimates based on the information you share and remain subject to availability and final confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once a written catering agreement is in place and any required deposit has been received.
Bookings and Payment
Confirmed bookings are governed by the written catering agreement or proposal applicable to your event. That document sets out the agreed scope, menu, guest count, fees, deposit, and payment schedule. Where there is any difference between this website and your signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written catering agreement. Where preparation, procurement, or staffing has already begun, costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be non-refundable, as detailed in that agreement.
Menus and Dietary Requirements
Menus, quantities, and service details are tailored to your event and confirmed in writing before the date. Please share any allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can plan accordingly. While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee an environment free of any specific allergen.
Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of AHS Catering LLC arising from any event is capped at the fees paid for that event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, menus, signature concepts, and branding, is the property of AHS Catering LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or a catering engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
